International Orders
3DXhobbies.com ships within the United States, and most other countries of the world. Customers shipping outside the United States are required to email us prior to ordering for current shipping prices as the shopping cart will not calculate shipping correctly. Note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are required by law to accurately list both the contents of the package, and list the customs value of the package as the amount you paid for the order. Do not ask us to undervalue your shipment on the customs forms as this is against US law. If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card and or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges of any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country.

 

NOTE: Shipping costs at time of check-out may 100% correct do to size and weight of shippment and theirfore additional payment maybe requested to cover shipping charges.

Special Notes:
3DXhobbies.com will not ship to any address other than the cardholders billing address. We will only ship to the billing address and no alternate shipping address. Additional processing will be required for International orders. 3DXhobbies.com does not Ship to Hotels, Motels or temporary residences and reserves the right to not ship at all.

Approved Shipping Companies:
3DXhobbies.com reserves the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for your package. For USPS, a "Delivery Confirmation Number" is issued, which will only allow customers to see when the order has shipped and when it has been delivered. At this time, this system is not capable of tracking the package like the other couriers mentioned, but you can visit their website for this information (www.usps.com). NOTE IF YOU CHOOSE USPS FOR A SHIPPING METHOD, YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT AS THERE IS NO WAY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE SO ONCE ONCE THE CONFIRMATION # SHOWS THE ORDER IS IN ROUTE IT BELONGS TO YOU.
 

Order Information:
3DXhobbies.com wants to keep you as informed as possible and will send you emails regarding the status of your order. You will receive emails in the following order and/if your order consists of these issues:
1. You will automatically be sent an email order confirmation shortly after you submit your order. If you have not received this email in 15 min after placing your order check your SPAM folder or you could have entered an incorrect email address. Please call us at 1-(732)-424-6400  to verify that the order has been placed or the correct email address was entered.
2. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number (FedEx or UPS) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS).

Return Policy
3DXhobbies.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple; we will accept any items ordered from 3DXhobbies.com within 10 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

1- Item(s) cannot be used and must remain in original packaging. Any form of assembly, painting or alteration of any material is considered to be used and non-returnable. If the item meets these requirements, a full refund, minus shipping cost will be refunded to the billing party. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong item(s), or it just wasn't what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee as we are no longer able to sell the product as new. Again the item must be in brand new condition.

2- If your item has been damaged in shipping, refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized the item has been damaged after you have opened the package, please contact 3DXhobbies.com , cost for returing the damaged item(s) will be your responsibility unless otherwise pre-arranged. We may ask that pictures be taken to confirm damage.

 

NOTE THAT AIRPLANES CRASH AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR FLYING ABILITIES. WE HAVE TEST FLOWN MOST ALL OF THE AIRCRAFT WE CARRY AND THE AIRCRAFT WE CARRY ALL FLY WELL. IF/WHEN YOU CRASH IT DON'T CRY TO US, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON. WE ARE SORRY BUT THAT IS JUST THE NATURE OF THE GAME REGARDING AIRCRAFT.

3- If your item(s) contains defective or missing parts, please contact us immediately. In most cases, the manufacturer has requested that the customer contact them directly, especially if the defect is found after the item(s) has been used. If you choose to not contact the manufacturer and wish to return the item(s) to 3DXhobbies.com, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Conditions may apply so call or email FIRST.

To initiate a return, please call 1-(732)-424-6400 or email support@3DXhobbies.com with an explanation for the return. 3DXhobbies.com will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will need to be written on the shipping box. 3DXhobbies.com will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box. You are entirely responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost in transit, so we recommend you use a shipper such as FedEx or UPS where the package can be tracked and insured. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from 3DXhobbies.com.

Coupons
Occasionally 3DXhobbies.com may offer coupons and discounts, which will allow customers to purchase items at additional savings. These coupons are entered in the coupons field during checkout on the web site. Conditions may apply if you do not live in the US.

Prices & Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, and or incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
